Respect is part of the paycheck. If he doesn't give you respect, then he's not paying what he owes. A paycheck isn't a favor, it's a repayment of debt. You did the job, you get PAID for the job. And if the boss tries short changing ya, you take your skills to the competitor who WILL pay you what you're worth.

In life, you can be two things: a beaten sack of shit, or a pissed off motherfucker. Only the latter stand tall and get shit done.
